A great present for your wife would be to get her out of town for a weekend and romancing her. On your anniversary taking your wife for a weekend would be great, you could lie on the beach for the weekend or you can hang in a ski lodge of some nice place in the mountains. Or if you do not have money to go away on a trip you could always take that special someone to a hotel right their in your town just to get away from everyday life.
